April 22, 2007: Ice Cup Dinner - not a final party since we will be curling on Sunday also - will be held at Allinn restaurant at Lundargata 7 in downtown Akureyri, on Saturday night. No dress code. The house will be opened at 7:30 pm and dinner starts at 8:30. Dinner for four players is included in the entry fee of the bonspiel, tickets will be handed out with the bonspiel information in the opening party. Additional attendants will have to pay extra. Tickets for sale in the shop at the ice rink. Hopefully we will be having fun, singing, dining, talking English, Danish, Latvian and Icelandic. Curlers should bring their singing voice and we will be allowing short and amusing speeches. Dinner party will officially end at 11:30 but of course the night life is available for anyone who wants to and has the stomach for it! |
