News 2003 October 5th, 2003: Today Akureyri Curling Club opens a new web at http://www.icehockey.is/curling, which is hoasted by Akureyri Ice Skating Club (Skautafélag Akureyrar). The main reason for opening this web is our goal to get in touch with curling players in other countries, both to be able to travel abroad to play curling and to try to get some teams from other countries to come to Iceland for our annual Gimli Cup.
